Please read these Terms & Conditions ('Terms') carefully before using the Weko platform available at weko.pro ('Platform', 'Website', 'Service'). By accessing or using Weko in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, or subscribing to any plan — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately

1. ABOUT WEKO

Weko is an online technology platform available at weko.pro that provides subscribers with access to trading signals in the Forex (foreign exchange) and Cryptocurrency markets. These signals are generated by independent traders and are made available on the platform strictly for educational and informational purposes.
Weko acts solely as a technology platform and information aggregator. Weko does not:
  ◦ Manage or invest client funds
  ◦ Execute trades on behalf of any user
  ◦ Provide personalised financial or investment advice
  ◦ Act as a broker, dealer, or intermediary for any financial transaction
  ◦ Hold any registration as a Research Analyst, Investment Advisor, or any other regulated entity under SEBI or any other financial regulatory authority

Users are solely responsible for theirown trading and investment decisions.

2. IMPORTANT NOTICE — EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

This is the most critical section of these Terms. Please read it carefully and in full.
ALL signals, analysis, charts, market commentary, historical data, notifications, and any other content published on or communicated through Weko are provided STRICTLY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

By using Weko, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
  ◦ Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, security, currency pair, or cryptocurrency.
  ◦ Weko is NOT a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager, or Broker. Weko does not hold any licence or registration from SEBI, RBI, or any other financial regulatory authority in India or elsewhere.
  ◦ Past performance of any signal, trader, or strategy displayed on the platform does not guarantee, imply, or suggest any future result.
  ◦ Trading in Forex and Cryptocurrency markets involves substantial financial risk. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Leveraged trading can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit.
  ◦ Any decision to trade, invest, or act upon any signal or content viewed on Weko is entirely your own decision made at your own risk. Weko bears no responsibility whatsoever for your trading decisions or their outcomes.
  ◦ You agree to use Weko's content only as a learning and study resource and not as direct trading instructions or investment guidance.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To access and use Weko, you must meet all of the following criteria:
  ◦ You are at least 18 years of age.
  ◦ You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
  ◦ You are not prohibited from receiving or using our services under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
  ◦ You agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

By using Weko, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the platform.

4. USER ACCOUNT

4.1 Registration

To access subscription features on Weko, you are required to create a user account. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account with any other person. Weko will treat all activity conducted under your account as having been carried out by you.

4.3 Unauthorised Access

Weko shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 Account Suspension or Termination

Weko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

  ◦ you provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration
  ◦ your conduct is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other users
  ◦ we are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & PAYMENTS

5.1 Plans Available

Weko offers subscription plans (such as Basic, Pro, and Elite) that provide varying levels of access to signal content on the platform. The details of each plan — including features, pricing, and billing cycle — are published on the Pricing page of our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Billing & Payment

Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By subscribing, you authorise Weko to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Weko does not store your card or banking details on its servers

5.3 Price Changes

Weko reserves the right to revise subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the platform after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised pricing.

5.4 Taxes

All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Taxes will be calculated and added at the time of checkout based on your location and applicable law

5.5 Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Weko's Refund Policy, which is available separately on our website. We strongly recommend that you review the Refund Policy before completing your subscription purchase.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE PLATFORM

You agree to use Weko only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must NOT:
  ◦ Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share access to signal content with any third party without Weko's prior written consent.
  ◦ Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to extract, copy, or mirror any content from the platform.
  ◦ Represent or imply to any person that signals on Weko constitute investment advice or financial recommendations.
  ◦ Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law, regulation, or any order of a court or government authority.
  ◦ Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or any related systems or networks.
  ◦ Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  ◦ Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive & defamatory, or infringes the rights of any third party.
  ◦ Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of it.

Weko reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user found to be in violation of these acceptable use obligations, including account termination and legal action where warranted.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Weko platform — including but not limited to signal data, market commentary, charts, text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, and technology — is the property of Weko or its respective content contributors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view platform content for your own private, non-commercial, educational use only. This licence does not permit you to:
  ◦ Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any platform content
  ◦ Distribute, publish, or share content with any third party
  ◦ Modify, translate, or create derivative works from any content
  ◦ Commercially exploit any content from the platform in any form

Any use of Weko's content beyond the scope of this licence requires our prior written consent.

8. THIRD-PARTY SIGNAL PROVIDERS

Signals available on Weko are generated by independent, third-party traders. Weko does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any signal provided by these traders. Weko is not responsible for the trading strategies, decisions, or conduct of any signal provider on the platform.

You acknowledge that signal providers are independent individuals and that their signals reflect their personal market views only. Weko makes no representation that any signal provider is qualified, experienced, or suitable to provide financial guidance.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

The Weko platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. Weko does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Accessing third-party content or services through links on our platform is entirely at your own risk.

10. COMMUNICATIONS

By creating an account or subscribing to Weko, you consent to receiving the following communications from us:
  ◦ Account-related notifications such as registration confirmations, subscription receipts, and password resets.
  ◦ Signal alerts and notifications when new signals are published on the platform (based on your subscription plan).
  ◦ Service and platform updates including changes to policies, features, or your subscription.
  ◦ Promotional communications about new plans, features, or offers (you may opt out of these at any time).

You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time by clicking 'Unsubscribe' in any email or by contacting our support team. Transactional and account-related communications cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weko provides the platform and all content on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Weko specifically disclaims:
  ◦ Any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code.
  ◦ Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any signal, data, or content on the platform.
  ◦ Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  ◦ Any warranty that the platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Weko, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any:
· Financial losses, trading losses, or investment losses arising from trading decisions made based on signals or content viewed on the platform.
· Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
· Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity.
· Damages arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or unavailability of the service.
· Actions or omissions of third-party signal providers, payment processors, or any other third-party service.

In any event, Weko's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Weko in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weko, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
  ◦ Your use of or inability to use the Weko platform
  ◦ Your breach of any provision of these Terms
  ◦ Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  ◦ Any misrepresentation you make to a third party regarding the nature of Weko's services

14. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Weko will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Weko shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from platform unavailability.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

Weko reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Weko after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may cancel your subscription in accordance with our Refund Policy.

16. TERMINATION

You may terminate your use of the Weko platform at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. Cancellation requests can be submitted by contacting our support team at [support@weko.pro].

Weko reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and its content will immediately cease. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund; refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Insert City, State], India

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days.

18. GENERAL PROVISIONS

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weko with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

18.3 No Waiver

Weko's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Weko.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without Weko's prior written consent. Weko may freely assign its rights and obligations under these Terms.
